Let’s talk about coffee fundraisers for a moment. Since 2004 we have helped churches and ministries with great coffee fundraising campaigns.

Let Coffee 4 Missions create a unique and beautifully designed custom labeled fundraising campaign with your choice of coffee, whole bean or ground. We will infrared craft roast your order, bag and label it, then box and ship it anywhere in the Continental US.  All you have to do is create a great marketing campaign and the rest is a successful  memory!

Each Fundraiser Coffee order is for 100, 8 ounce bags. Each bag has a recommended sale price of $9-12. Of course the sale price is ultimately up to you, but these prices are based on what others have found works best to move the coffee quickly.

LOTS OF OPTIONS! HERE’S HOW COFFEE 4 MISSIONS FUNDRAISER PLAN WORKS

• Visit our Coffee Fundraiser store page here (or simply scroll to the end of this page 🙂 )  and follow the menu and choose from the following options:
  • Choose a COFFEE OPTION (House Blend or *Premium)
  • Choose a GRIND OPTION ~ Whole Bean, Ground or Mixed Whole Bean/Ground
  • Choose a LABEL OPTION and choose from one of the following three options:
    1. You will provide artwork for your label or

    2. 

       You would like our in house graphics artist to produce it.
       NOTE: CUSTOM DESIGN ~ We will follow up with parameters for your graphics person or to explain what we need to if you would prefer for us to produce your label. There is NO CHARGE for our label design service.
       NOTE: BAG COLOR ~ We may also suggest a bag color depending on your label color scheme. But we will call you and discuss that first.

    3. You want to use our standard Coffee 4 Missions Label (on a blue bag)
  • Choose your SHIP TO STATE. 
    • Shipping is FREE within Zone 1 (Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, North & South Carolina, and Kentucky)
    • For all other states there is a minimal up-charge.
  • Finally, simply click Add to Cart and complete the checkout process. We will be in touch within 24 hours (usually less) to discuss label details if needed and then release your order for production.
• Plan on 10 business days for production and shipment to leave our facility. More often than not, though, we beat that 10 day window by a few days 😉

That’s really about it. Once we get your order we will contact you straight away to sort out the label and bag color options if needed then get right on your order.
